The Burgess Creek area in Steamboat Springs includes the neighborhoods of Burgess Pines and Rendezvous Trails and is accessed off of Mt Werner Road. Single family homes are located on Burgess Pines Trail, Ridge Road, Temple Knolls, Mountain View Lane, and Trails Edge. Homeowners can head straight to the Thunderhead lift and skip the gondola line on powder days.

Views of the ski area from many Burgess Creek area homes are unparalleled, especially from Ridge Road where you’ll get top-of-the-world views of the ski area, ski village, Emerald Mountain and the South Valley.
